“Remoted – Hybrid” – Day 990 (Friday) – frosty friday

Frost crystals.
The car was covered in frost, with the windows etched with crystals. It was pretty to look at and a little hard to photograph, but it didn’t stop me from trying. And it won’t stop me in the future, either.

Coming out of the elevator, there was a holiday scene in the hall. The Christmas tree had been set up and decorated, there was a sled with skates, and other décor. Later this afternoon, a couple of us got busy with additional decorations. Our space is large, with lots of place to hang things.

There were six of us in the office today, and also a holiday basket from a vendor with cheese, bologna, crackers, and chocolates. We hit it. Hard. Breakfast was mustard pretzel bites, chocolates, port wine cheese, and crackers. After a while, we busted into the block of cheddar cheese, the chocolates and the nonpareils.

Number 46 -- I know her!!
The lunch that was carried in for the day went uneaten, was carried back out at the end of the day and became supper. There is not much I love more than arriving from work, feeding the dog, and sitting down with my own hot supper within 15 minutes of walking in the door. It was great.

The evening’s entertainment was Netflix, and then the live stream of the ball hockey tournament in Pennsylvania that my niece and her boyfriend are playing in. She was in back-to-back games with a womens’ team game at 8:40 followed immediately by a coed game at 9:30. Whew! I don’t know how she pulls it off. And she has two more tomorrow, but there are several hours between them.
